John started tattooing around 20 years ago and after a few years working in what was at the time Birmingham's top studio he opened up his own place, on the busy Bristol Road in Selly Oak just a few hundred metres from the Birmingham University gates.
He soon built up a regular stream of clientelle with his liking for the freehand drawn Japanese and bold'n'bright fantasy art style. He now works mainly by appointment from either studio and is always on the look out for serious people who would like to book regularly with him for large on-going pieces of work.
He can also be found every couple of months working or visiting tattoo conventions all over the globe, for more information or to make a booking give him a call or send him a mail at either studio.
